Thoughts for the Day

Someone noticed how much they’d shifted over time. Where they once felt powerless, they now felt calmer and more capable. Naming those qualities helped make the change feel real.

Science
Consciously naming identity strengthens neural representations of it. When the brain associates you with being “steady,” “clear,” or “free,” those circuits become more active and easier to return to.

ARC Skill
A skill that is helpful here is identity naming. By putting words to who we are becoming, we strengthen the pathways that support that new self.

You’re not who you were before. Every word you name as part of your new self takes root more deeply. And as a community, we’re stepping into these new identities together.

As we bring this 6-week journey to a close, take a moment to look back at where you began. You’ve practiced awareness, noticed emotions, rewired old loops, risen above cravings, rehearsed a new self, and stepped into living it. None of this happened overnight—it happened one pause, one breath, one reflection at a time. And the best part is you never had to do it alone. Every step you’ve taken has been alongside others who understand the same struggles and share the same hope.

This isn’t the end—it’s the beginning of continuing to live as your future self, one choice at a time. Together, we are proof that change is possible and freedom is real.

1p EST Study Group - This is where we learn the "whys" of addiction and how to help others.

4p EST Resilience Chat - Checkin Chats are a place to talk about problems, wins, or whatever is on your mind. This hour may consist of check-ins, ARC exercises, or a combination of both.

5p EST - Mindfulness Hour: a space for reflection and peace

7p EST Relaxation Hour - Clarity and Connection (writing exercises)

8p EST Community Call - Checkin Chats are a place to talk about problems, wins or whatever is on your mind. This call is not on Zoom. Please see below for details.

10p EST Phase 2 Study Group This is where we learn the "whys" of addiction and how to help others in relation to the Phase 2 Training.
