Welcome to the ARC Parts Work program
One-on-One Support for Deep,Compassionate ChangeÂ
A different kind of support—grounded, skillful, human
ARC Parts Work sessions offer a structured, compassionate space to work with the internal patterns that often drive emotional overwhelm, reactivity, and stuck cycles — especially in the context of cravings, stress, and recovery.
Rather than trying to “fix” behaviors or override difficult emotions, Parts Work helps you understand why certain reactions arise, what they’re protecting, and how to respond with clarity and care instead of force.
These sessions are a skill-based, guided process rooted in ARC’s recovery model and informed by Internal Family Systems (IFS), adapted specifically for the needs of people navigating cravings, emotional regulation, and recovery.

- Emotional self-regulation and craving-related support
- Working skillfully with protective patterns that show up in recovery
Each advocate brings their own style, presence, and lived experience while working within ARC’s shared framework.

What Others Say About Parts Work
"Sheila has helped me uncover the deeper roots of my anxiety, walking me through how to recognize my thoughts and change them to then alter my resulting emotions. Through this, I have been able to soon recognize my anxiety and approach it in a healthy way. ...I can tell that I am steadily growing through her wisdom and our time together."

"To me, Heather is the queen of decluttering. She has a lot of knowledge, not just about ways to declutter, but also about what can make it so hard at times. She understands that different people have different ways of getting organized and is capable of tailoring to your needs.Â
Heather is kind, understanding, and compassionate, and will always treat you with respect and gentleness. What makes her great at helping others to declutter is the fact that she has been there herself and has learned through her own experience.Â
If you feel you need help to declutter, I highly recommend Heather's services"
