ARC Daily Connect Newsletter—Sunday, November 2nd, 2025

November 02, 2025

Welcome to the ARC Daily Connect. We're so glad you're here!

Thoughts for the Day—Questioning Opens Doors

Maya remembered a time when she believed the thought “I’ll never change.” It seemed so heavy that she almost gave up. But the first time she paused to ask, “Is it true?” something shifted. The thought no longer felt like an unbreakable wall. It felt more like a door—and a door can open.

Every time we question a thought, we weaken the hold of automatic belief. We interrupt the old cycle of fear and strengthen the brain’s capacity for choice. Over time, the habit of questioning becomes a pathway to peace.

We each know how powerful our thoughts can be. And we each know the relief of seeing one lose its grip. Together, we are learning that one small question can open the way to freedom.

Have an amazing day! SHG

Gratitude

The benefits of gratitude are nearly endless. People who regularly practice gratitude by noticing and reflecting upon what they're thankful for experience more positive emotions, feel more alive, sleep better, express more compassion and kindness, and even have more robust immune systems. What are you grateful for today?
