ARC Parts Work is a compassionate, experiential process that helps you get to know the different Parts of yourself that formed in moments of stress or adversity. With the support of a trained ARC Parts Guide, youā€™ll explore how these Parts developed, what theyā€™re trying to protect, and how to bring them comfort and understanding.
The process is grounded in the 8 Healing Questions and inspired by the Internal Family Systems (IFS) model, adapted specifically for the Addiction Reset Community (ARC) environment.
When we understand where our fears and self-protective patterns come from, they tend to soften. This creates more ease in everyday life and helps us respond rather than react. ARC Parts Work supports the broader goals of recoveryā€”greater stability, confidence, and a deeper sense of inner connection.
What to Expext
Each ARC Parts Work session follows a clear, step-by-step outline designed to help you:
