Resilience

Resilience is defined as the ability to recover from troubling times. We have all had troubling times. They come.. Life would not be life without troubling times.

We in recovery have dealt with plenty of troubling times. We are turning to numbing substances, processed foods. In recovery, we develop other coping skills.

This week we’re going to talk about resilience. Can make or break your recovery program. Resistance can make or break an entire life! When we finish my food for a long time, problems might have proven up. This would be expected. Processed foods makers tired. From a place of tired, there’s just no way that we can be working through problems all the time.
