When you are working to change your patterns, the hardest part isn't knowing what to do. The hardest part is remembering to do it when the day gets busy.
Real change happens through repetition—through slowing down just enough to notice what’s happening, and gently practicing a new response. But you don't have to practice alone.
The Daily Anchor is a live, 15-minute group space designed to help you start your day with clarity and grounding. We meet three mornings a week to step out of "autopilot" and intentionally choose how we want to move through the day.
How It Works
We use a simple, predictable structure that takes the pressure off. There is no performance, no lengthy storytelling, and nothing you need to prepare.
In every 15-minute session, we practice:

The Pause:Â We start with 60 seconds of quiet grounding to help everyone arrive in the present moment.

Notice and Name:Â Each person shares what is here right now (a sensation, an emotion, or an energy level) without judgment.

Intend:Â Each person names one small, gentle experiment or practice for the day to stay aligned with who they are.
Why This Works
Research shows that starting your day with mindful intention reduces stress and creates an emotional buffer against the day's challenges. Furthermore, stating a simple intention out loud in a small, consistent group dramatically increases your ability to follow through. Â
