The brief daily format keeps the conversations focused and practical while still allowing meaningful coaching and connection.
Group Times
Two groups are available:
1:00 PM Eastern — Monday through Friday
8:00 PM Eastern — Monday through Friday
Participants may enroll in one group or both groups.
Enrollment and payment are required separately for each group.
Pricing
The coaching rate is $38 per hour.
Each group includes five 15-minute sessions per week, totaling 75 minutes of coaching each week.
Weekly fee per group: $47.50
Enrollment reserves a participant’s place in the group for that week’s sessions.
Because the groups are intentionally small, spaces are limited.
