After more than 30 years of Big Tobacco creating Big Food Addiction, we have endured a roaring obesity epidemic, widespread diet-related diseases, and even stressful diagnoses of ‘eating-disorders.’  None of these labels have worked to relieve suffering because none of them address the cause of suffering, i.e. addiction to processed foods. 

But now that we know the truth about how Big Tobacco altered our brains to crave and lose control, we know what to do.  We calmly settle in to slowly rewire billions of brain cells to start working for us and stop working for the processed food industry.  We have all the time in the world to gain the skills and knowledge that we needed all along.  Use these videos to get comfortable with the process of building a successful recovery.
