About Lauren Aaliyah
Lauren Aaliyah Kolia is a Holistic Wellness Coach, Certified NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming) Practitioner, and Certified Low-Carb Banting (Keto) Coach.
As a FARA-Certified Food Addiction Recovery Advocate, she is also expertly trained by Dr. Joan Ifland, a world leader in the science of recovery from processed food addiction. She offers both 1-on-1 and group support to get cravings and overeating under control.
In both her private coaching practice, and in her role as a short course facilitator in the Holistic Recovery Academy, she draws on her extensive training and expertise in all these modalities, combined with her personal triumphs over life challenges.
She is based in Durban, South Africa, and has extensive experience helping clients around the world achieve their holistic wellness goals.
