Do you wonder if you're giving your children the right foods to set them up for success?
Do you struggle with coming up with healthy meal ideas for your family?
Do you have difficulty sticking to a clean, whole-foods meal plan yourself?
Do you truly understand the danger that processed foods pose to our children?
This 4-week course entitled, "Your Children & Real Food" is for you!
As parents, we want to give our children every advantage to become healthy, happy, independent, productive, purpose-filled adults, and this starts with the food they eat.
The negative impact of processed foods on our children goes far beyond unwanted weight gain. Studies have shown that processed foods impact the metabolic health of our children (weight, blood sugar levels, the health of their livers and their blood pressure) as well as their ability to learn, focus and socialize.
This course provides you with information that you can use to decide on and implement changes to the way you and your family eat!
You get to assimilate this information in community, with people just like you, desirous of giving your children a solid head start in the form of clean, nourishing food.
You will understand why making changes of this nature can seem hard, and you will be shown a pathway to navigate our current hostile food environment.
This course has been designed with both theoretical as well as practical components, so that you come away with deeper knowledge about the dangers of processed foods, but at the same time equipped to make the changes you want to.
