A one-on-one meeting for up to 60 minutes. The ARC Member meets with the ARC Advocate of their choice to solve problems, build skills, and find satisfaction in their progress.
We want you to be happy so here's a gentle reminder. Although Members do experience weight-loss, the ARC is NOT a quick-fix diet program. It is a safe place to build personal recovery skills which allow members to find freedom from processed food addiction.
