As a spiritual counselor, certified life coach, natural health professional, and a Food Addiction Recovery Advocate, my journey into holistic wellness started over 30 years ago with a diagnosis of Lupus. Opting for a non-traditional approach, I successfully navigated the challenges through diet and lifestyle changes, sparking my dedication to natural wellness and empowering others to enhance their lives.

My education includes a graduate degree in psychology from American University, a graduate certification in biblical counseling from Westminster Theological Seminary, and a large number of professional certifications in the health and wellness field.

 

Witnessing my clients surpass goals they deemed impossible brings me unparalleled joy. I help unravel the mental blocks preventing desired results, guiding transformative journeys toward living one's best life.

Embrace the freedom of allowing and processing negative emotions. Develop resilience by understanding the importance of experiencing and navigating your feelings.

Week 4: Pause Before Acting

Master the art of taking a deliberate pause between feeling and acting. Learn how to craft the feelings you genuinely desire, empowering yourself to respond thoughtfully to life's challenges.
